Hey! My name is Kesha. I'm the wellness warrior, food & travel junkie, & habitual over-sharer behind KeshaJeannette.com.
This site combines research, health education, and advocacy to inspire a holistic, yet simple, approach to health & wellness. Because one size doesn't fit all, I aim to provide you with strategies and tools that you can easily incorporated into your wellness routine.
Let's face it, we all can't afford organic everything, or have the time to namaste it out on the yoga mat. However, we can make better choices in how we fuel our body, protect our mental health, and strengthen ourselves both physically and spiritually. This is wellness information that fits your schedule and lifestyle, while helping you reach your goals.
So join in as we navigate the tricky waters of "adult-ing", food therapy, and healing from the inside out.
