10 Day Green Smoothie Challenge

If you’re looking for a way to boost your energy, focus, and glow from the inside out then this green smoothie challenge is the way to go. There is nothing like a good wellness challenge to boost your motivation when you’re feeling a little blah or bored with your daily routine. 

Green smoothies offer so many benefits.  They are rich in antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins.  They satisfy hunger, support gut health, promotes clear skin, hair and nail growth, while supplying your body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.  

The only goal of this challenge is to boost the amount of veggies you get in your diet.  The only rule is one green smoothie a day.  Experiment with different favors, but don’t make it complicated for yourself. Keep it simple, blend what you have on hand, and check out my ultimate dark leafy greens guide (below) for inspiration.
